Hap’s House READY Summer Fellowship
Community. Leadership. Innovation. The Hap’s House READY Summer Fellowship is a high-impact, 6-week leadership and workforce development experience designed for college students who are ready to grow beyond the classroom and step into purpose-driven leadership. Rooted in the Hap’s House mission to strengthen families and build stronger communities, the fellowship equips emerging leaders with the confidence, skills, and real-world exposure needed to navigate the transition into adulthood with clarity and intention. Through a dynamic blend of leadership development, professional growth, and hands-on learning, fellows will strengthen both soft and practical skills including: * Public speaking and communication * Critical thinking and problem solving * Goal-setting and professional development * Leadership and teamwork * Community engagement and innovation Participants will engage in guided experiences and collaborative projects connected to education, wellness, technology, and community impact—while learning how to lead with purpose in both their personal and professional lives. This is more than a fellowship. It is a space to build confidence, sharpen vision, expand perspective, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful impact for generations to come.
